This is a Direct fit/ replacement for your 6.0L Powerstroke that will increase your core volume by 32.5%. Since it has been made with 3.35″ bar-and-plate, the core is 33% thicker than the factory. It also has strategically made end tanks that have been designed for optimal airflow. The Air diverter in the hot-side end tank reduces turbulence and evenly distributes airflow across the core. This intercooler also reduces turbo stress which in turn will extend your turbos life. It will also provide improved airflow and lowers the intake air temperatures.
