The 453003 by H&S is the extended upper radiator hose that is used in our 03-07 Dodge 5.9L Dual High-Pressure Pump Kit.
The 453003 radiator hose provides extra clearance for additional high-pressure fuel pumps and other accessories that are mounted on the top/front of the engine. This can be used as a replacement or when fabricating custom dual pump setups.
